NewsRebanding

The radios for all the apparatus are being rebanded. That means all the channels are changing and are being upgraded to support new features. This is going to happen in two phases. Once complete the old radios will no longer work. We are currently in Phase 1.
A1-EMS is changing to D1-ECMD All the hospital channels will be on the "E" bank now
